'The Caribbean Fashion Jewelry Summit is a dream coming true. I believe that the Fashion Accessories Industry in the Caribbean is underdeveloped and now more than ever there is a greater need for diversification of our region's economies. There are many changes globally, prices of finished goods are going to increase as manufacturing worldwide in fashion shifts. We in the region can increase manufacturing to supply our regional needs and take steps to increase international exports. This Summit will be crucial in starting the conversation among the Caribbean Community about growing this sector. so that we can have more representation in the global market and drive more revenue to local creators.'
